How approval works, and the rules every message follows
Approving a message records your sign-off. Suggesting a change sends your note straight to [Your Name], who will update it or talk it through with you. Neither button starts, stops or edits anything on its own.
Every message is checked before it's sent: it says who it's from, gives a simple way to opt out, and follows advertising rules for health services — no medicine brand names, no promised results, no time-pressure offers.
